"Use immediately after separation" standard teaching equipment
The VL-E series features a unified height of 800 mm, a 50 mm ferromagnetic stainless steel tabletop, and national standard damping rubber pads as its core components, addressing the three key pain points of vibration isolation, mobility, and cost in one solution. The tabletop comes with a 25 mm M6 array, allowing direct adsorption of magnetic bases. Equipped with four/six-point welded brackets and adjustable casters, it can be pushed into classrooms for immediate use without the need for foundations or hoisting. Available in thicknesses of 50, 100, and 200 mm, it covers 13 different sizes ranging from 0.36 m² to 2.4 m², with a load-bearing capacity of 120–800 kg, a natural frequency of <30 Hz, and an amplitude of <5 μm. From laser pointer alignment to pulsed laser pump-probe experiments, the E series, with "half the price and 80% of the performance," has become the preferred choice for upgrading old experimental benches in university basic laboratories, vocational training centers, and higher vocational colleges.
