Yah Hertz Air Cushion Island - 3-second one-click zero vibration
The VL-G series adopts imported AirTAC three-valve servo and semi-diaphragm air springs, with a natural frequency as low as 1.2 Hz, automatic leveling in < 3 s, and an amplitude of < 1.2 µm. The integrally welded bracket and 6 mm high magnetic permeability stainless steel tabletop provide a flatness of 0.02-0.05 mm/m², a height of 800 mm, adjustable range of -10 ~ +15 mm, and a load capacity of 800 kg/m², which can stack vacuum chambers or ultra-large spectrometers; The 25 mm M6 array holes are plug-and-play, and it comes standard with an ultra-quiet oil-free compressor (< 65 dB), creating a "one-click to quiet" work island for femtosecond lasers, quantum optics, and nanometer measurement.
