Overview
Introduction:
This indium gallium arsenide detector has a photosensitive range of 800~1700nm and is often used for near-infrared light measurement. It is designed as an amplifying type with fixed gain, enabling quantitative photoelectric conversion. While having sufficient gain, it ensures high bandwidth performance, making it suitable for the development of photoelectric detection applications with weak light intensity and high speed. It is seamlessly compatible with the same model of THORLABS, featuring excellent performance and high cost-effectiveness, and provides comprehensive technical support and non-standard customization services.
