Utilizing InGaAs (Indium Gallium Arsenide) detection units, this model perfectly covers the infrared band from 800nm to 1700nm (including O, C, and L bands). It inherits the adjustable gain architecture of the 450 series, supporting the same wide range of 10³ to 10⁷ V/A.

Its high Common Mode Rejection Ratio (CMRR) effectively cancels the intensity noise of the local oscillator, extracting extremely weak difference-frequency signals from the background.
