The Venus Nano™ piezoelectric motor series redefines precision movement. It abandons the complex structure of traditional motor + lead screw and adopts direct-drive piezoelectric motor technology, achieving a perfect integration of large stroke and nanoscale stepping in an extremely compact volume. With features such as power-off self-locking, low heat generation, and no magnetic interference, it is an ideal choice for precision optical adjustment, semiconductor inspection, and micro-nano processing fields.
